| KMSC Board |
| The KMSC Board meets the first Monday of the month (excluding school holidays); all KMSC members are always welcome. If you are planning to attend, touch base with one of the board members to confirm the date – occasionally; meetings are changed due to conflicts. You may contact any board member with suggestions, comments or questions. A listing of the board members can be found on the website. The easiest way to get your concerns addressed is to email via the website – it will be routed to the appropriate committee chair or board member. |

| Updates for Teams |
| After the initial meeting, KMSC managers/coaches information and updates will be sent via email. Please make sure to notify KMSC if your email changes. The webmaster will forward your updated information to the appropriate individuals. When sending emails to any board member or to the website, please remember to state in your email; your name, team name and age bracket – it saves the time of having to dig up a roster to figure out who you are. |

| Volunteers |
| All families who register a player with KMSC are required to place a $50 volunteer deposit. Check the website for opportunities to volunteer. It is the families’ responsibility to complete 5 hours of volunteer time and submit the volunteer form with the appropriate committee coordinators signature. |
